Simon ran 4.25 miles today. At once intersection, there was a beagle freaking out on our left and a husky tearing around on a retractable leash on our right. That was a nice challenge for Simon! He wasn’t any worse than the other two!
Simon ran 4.3 miles today. He seemed more excited than usual and pulled a bit more at first. But then when we saw other dogs across the street, he only showed a normal interest in them. Good boy, Simon!
Simon ran 4.2 miles today. Good job, Simon! He did just fine without his prong collar. We saw a few other dogs, and of course he got excited, but nothing too bad. 20.79 miles since Sept. 1
Simon and I walked a block or so behind another dog today (far enough back so we wouldn’t bother them!), and he did a good job ignoring the dog. Other than that, we didn’t see many other dogs out today. 4.07 miles today 8.24 since Sept. 1
Simon had a good day! We went 4.17 miles. We ran through the park by the golf course, and I had him stop and sit calmly a few times. When we ran by city workers, people on bikes and an elderly couple with walkers, Simon was interested but stayed quiet. Good boy, Simon! We didn’t […]

Simon was a bit anxious by the wind at first, but then it was no big deal. Simon and I went the furthest we’ve gone so far together – 5.3 miles.
When I show up, Simon is ready to get out and run! He is doing great around runners, bikes, kids, etc.
Simon went for a walk and a run today. I’ve been giving him bones to chew on. He’s been crying of course but other than that being very good! I’ve been giving him lots of hugs and belly rubs
Simon and I went for a walk tonight. Then I gave him lots of attention and left him with a treat. The cats were also very friendly.
Simon and I went a different route this time. I thought it might tire him out to go to a different area each time and be exposed to new people. There were tons of people and dogs and bikes out today, even wheelchairs. We ran 4.66 miles.
