One Love is delighted to bring you our second annual 5k or 1 Mile, Run/Walk event which will take place on April 29, 2023 at Kiwanis Park in Tempe.
We are excited to bring the community together to raise funds benefiting the homeless dogs of Maricopa County. Every dollar we raise helps save lives!
One Love is a nonprofit organization that utilizes forward thinking programs to rescue and rehabilitate at-risk dogs, advocate for shelter animals, and provide free spay + neuter services. Our team is made up of passionate and dedicated individuals who work tirelessly to improve the lives of homeless dogs.
The majority of our volunteers are also registered at our local municipal shelters. This allows them to make regular trips to the shelter where they spend time with our sponsored dogs. Volunteers will bathe, walk, and play with the dogs several times per week.
Registration Includes:
Custom Event Finisher’s Medal for all participants.
Custom Event Tri-Blend T-Shirt & Bib for all participants.
Age Group Awards for Top Three in all Age Groups Male, Female and Non-Binary (Race Day Participants only) in the 5K only. Our age groups are the following:
- 9 and under; 10-19; 20-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; 60-69; 70-79; 80 and up.
Pre- and Post-Race “Runner’s Brunch” (granola bars, fruit, water, Gatorade, etc).
