4th of July Dog Friendly 5K in Santa Barbara, CA
This 5K takes place on the 4th of July and is family friendly, including dogs. The 5K is on a scenic, single track trail. Patriotic attire is recommended for all runners and dogs. You’re also welcome to walk the 5K.
Awards will go to the top 3 male and top 3 female finishers. All runners will receive a t-shirt. Water will be available at the start and finish area. Note that this course has some difficult climbs with views of the ocean, the Channel Islands and downtown Santa Barbara.
Proceeds from the 5K will go to benefit running programs for youth and maintaining the Elings Park trails.
There is a 1.25-mile distance option for runners under 18.
