Judy V Spencer 5K-9 Fun Run/Walk

When: June 11th, 2023, Race Starts at 8:00 am, event ends at 11:00 am

Packet pickup begins at 7:00 am.

Where: 800 John F Kennedy Dr, Bay City, MI 48706

Cost: $25 + $2.50 processing fee before May 30th

$35 + $3.10 processing fee after May 30th.

Join us by participating in this unique 5K race that lets you bring along your best friend – your dog!

This even is hosted by the Bay Area Women’s Center.

Although this is a fun run/walk, the race is timed and prizes will be awarded to the top three finishers in the male and female categories.

You do not need a dog to participate in this 5K.

Please note that this is a dog friendly event and you will be racing with dogs on the course. All dogs must be leashed.

Through this race, it is our mission to give hope to survivors of violence by raising awareness, engaging in education with the community, and providing funds to support the boarding costs for pets.

All funds raised through this event support the Judy V Spencer Fund held at the Bay Area Women’s Center to cover boarding costs for survivors seeking shelter with their pet.
