The Fast and the Furriest 5K – Wyoming
Run a 5K with your dog to raise money for a good cause. Awards are given out to the top male and female, the top male and female with a pet and the top kid racers. Awards are also randomly given out for most creative, most furry, most tricks, etc.
Other pets are also welcome such as horses or cats!
Other activities take place at this event such as yoga with puppies, a BBQ, a dog agility class and a kids’ 1K race.
This event started out as a fundraiser for the Critical Care Companion Animal Fund. This fund helps pet owners get the support to cover the costs of veterinary care for their animals.
