Chugwater K9 Classic Half Marathon, 10K and 5K

- Cost: $80 for the half marathon, $50 for 10K, $30 for 5K
The Chugwater K9 Classic features a dog friendly half marathon, 10K and 5K. All dog participants will receive a 2022 K9 Classic dog tag.
The first 5.2 miles of the half marathon course are dirt road. The race begins on Iron Mountain Road and ends at the Chugwater School. The remaining 7.9 miles are asphalt. The course will feel mostly flat, although much of it is downhill.
The 10k and 5k courses are all asphalt.
All finishers will receive a custom race medal as well as a dog tag for their dog.
Dogs must be kept on a leash no longer than 6 feet during the race. All runners are required to ride the bus to the start line, so dogs are allowed to ride the bus as well.
The race will be followed by the Chugwater K9 Classic Festival featuring a mobile zip line, ropes course, vendor booths, food trucks, live demonstrations and more!
