Rio and Lucky

Rio and Lucky were good sports when a little cairn terrier type dog followed us for quite some time. There was no owner to be found, and then finally on our way back the owners came out. Lucky and Rio were very tolerant of the little guy. We ran 4.25 miles. They were glad to be running earlier in the day. Lucky is always huffing and puffing, but Rio is the one who starts to slow down a bit.

Ranger and Hunter

I couldn’t get them to move quite as fast as usual Ranger ran 1.40 miles and Hunter ran 3.62 miles. Hunter was such a good boy when we ran by a Lab that barked at us like crazy. Usually we move to the other side of the street when we see other dogs, but we didn’t this time. Hunter was on his best behavior!

Penny and Monte

It seems weird when there are only two dogs! Penny thought it was pretty warm out, but we still managed to go 2 miles. Monte was hot by the end as well and running behind me. They are quite the pair!

Lloyd

Lloyd has such good behavior on the leash. I never use the choke collar with him anymore. Lily barked at us and cried a little, but seemed to stop once we were outside. I’m glad she has attitude! Lloyd and I ran 2.25 miles.

Boy

Boy ran 2.15 miles. We went on a different route today, and I’m sure he appreciated that.

Bentley

Bentley ran 4.25 miles. There were all kinds of dogs out and about, some of them off leash, and he did really well. He is also well behaved when dogs bark at us from behind fences.

Baxter

Norman walked 1.25 miles. He is always a good boy and never pulls. He’s always pretty good when we pass other dogs and people, too.

Dupont and Chevy

Go, dogs, go! They are so cute! We ran 4.10 miles yesterday. They always run next to each other like this.
