Ranger has been full of energy lately! At the start of the run, he’s practically “spinning his tires” because he wants to go so fast. After about 20 minutes, he’s trailing behind while Annie and I continue at the same speed we started at

We ran to a park we hadn’t been to in three months. The dogs really enjoy mixing up the route each run. We thought we were going at a good pace this morning, until we turned around and had to run against the wind. Yikes!

Ranger and Annie and I have been seeing a lot of rabbits, squirrels and birds while out running. We even saw a deer the other day.
