It was beautiful weather for running today. Too bad it was so sloppy out. I’m going to try to mix up the route more often because the dogs seem to enjoy when we run to new areas. Nice drool, Ranger! Reminds me of my mutt

Klaus is up for adoption with 4 Luv of Dog. He was running nicely at my side after about 20 minutes. I will keep working with him on appropriate leash manners. It’s hard to tell his real personality right now. He seems to be a really sweet dog with a lot of pent-up energy.

Phoebe and I enjoyed the warmer weather today. I always keep her at my side, and as long as the leash is loose she forgets about her Gentle Leader. She went right back in her kennel today without me even telling her. Good girl!

Chester is excited to see me now when I come to the door. Before, he’d just look at me like, “Oh. It’s you.” Ha! He is tired when we get back from running.

Today a little dog came charging down the street after us. Ceci and Buddy sat and stayed when I told them, although they wanted to play so bad!

Look how cute these two are! There are a couple dogs that bark at us every time, and Ranger and Annie have gotten really good at ignoring them. Today we ran 5 miles.

Phoebe always waits patiently for me to let her out of her kennel and doesn’t cry or paw at the door. She also goes back in her kennel with no problem after her run. She knows the routine!
