The girls have been playing all morning. They like to chase toys around with Ace. Addie was showing off all her tricks like shake and speak and roll over. I wish more people would train their small dogs!

We had a lot of rain yesterday and Zoe and Roma did not want to walk on the grass and get their feet wet. Even after it quit raining, Roma waited on the stairs for a few minutes, like, “Oh, do I have to?” However, she had no problem stepping in the grass while out on our walk or after we returned.

We hope the storm quits so we can get outside for another walk. But the girls don’t seem to mind playing indoors. They are so good about leaving the cats alone and tolerating my big dog.

The girls are having a good time. We went for a walk and have been playing inside. Myla seems to have settled in just fine and isn’t doing any whimpering. They don’t want to miss out on anything and like to follow me around.

Zoe tries to hog all the attention, but Roma and I don’t let her get away with that! Roma loves to have as much attention as possible, but she is not as pushy about it. She is so tolerant of Zoe, who is still learning to share. 
I guess humans have two hands so we can pet two dogs at once, right?

Sammi has enjoyed playing with Ace. She has tired him out! We played a lot of ball today. She is pretty interested in the cats, but I haven’t let her get too close to them. She loves to go biking with my hands free bike leash!

We’ve been going for 20- to 25-minute walks every evening. There were more dogs out and about yesterday because it was Saturday. Roma was pretty interested, so we always stayed on the other side of the street.

Sammi lived with me in March when she was my foster dog. It’s so nice to have her back for a few days. We went to the dog park, and she and Ace had a blast playing at home.

It’s pretty cute how excited Zoe gets before meals and before a walk. She can hardly keep herself together. But she also knows how to sit nicely and pose for photos. She just asks that I pay her in treats.

We had another great walk tonight. They love to get out for their walks. Roma is always on the right, and Zoe is always on the left. The dogs expect a treat when we get back!

Roma and Zoe have been relaxing on the couch while I’m gone. They are too good for the dog beds on the floor! When I visit they are always recharged and ready for attention. I brushed them outside this morning after they ate breakfast.

The girls have adjusted to the routine just fine. They enjoyed today’s 60-minute visit. They got to go for a good 25-minute walk. It was nice and cool so they didn’t get too hot or tired. We spent some time relaxing in the yard and of course lounging on the couch. And don’t forget treats!
There have been no issues with other dogs while out on walks.

Zoe and Roma are enjoying their daily walks. They have been very good when out and about. Roma ignored a small, yappy dog that was making its presence known! Good girl, Roma! She also appreciated the cooler weather we had today.

Sasha wanted to nap in the grass after a run today. Check out her and other dogs for adoption in Fargo. Sasha would love a home with someone willing to walk her every day! I love Sasha because she was the first rescue dog I ran when I was ready to start a dog walking business.
